Mission:

At E-Line Softball Training, our mission is to bring elite level coaching to aspiring female athletes. We aim to empower and inspire athletes to reach their full potential not only in the game of softball, but also molding model young women beyond the game. We have derived our programs using biomechanical based information, techniques, and drills and have comprised our staff of female only elite level coaches. We strive to continue to develop ourselves just as much as our athletes develop their skills by unbroken learning, keeping up to date with the best technologies, and endless research on the science of the game.

Vision:

The vision at our facility is to create a supportive and inclusive environment for each athlete and their families. We do not just aim to provide a place for athletes to hone in their skills, but also create a sense of belonging to a community and team of softball players that are all striving for a common goal. No matter the age, we aspire to be a second home for every athlete. We promote support and encouragement from all athletes as individuals endeavor on shattering personal goals and attaining their dreams. We aim to be one of the driving forces of the future of softball and intend on building an unrivaled community along the way.

Here at E-Line we incorporate our values in everything that we do. Our passion and desire to make a difference in female athletes drives us to be the best at what we do. We operate as a team of coaches so there is not only a consistency in information being trained at E-Line, but also there is a trust that every athlete will receive the best training regardless of trainer. And finally we embody the spirit of equality, fairness, and inclusion with every athlete that comes through that door and that each one of them will be treated exactly the same regardless of age, skill, background, or time at E-Line.

Motto:

Our motto is to ensure that each and every athlete that walks through our door leaves with confidence, motivation, sense of belonging, and a continued love for the game of softball. We wear “I CAN” on our backs because we believe that every athlete can achieve any dream or goal they have if they keep a positive mindset.

E-Line is absolutely the best. My daughter has without a doubt become a better pitcher and all-around player thanks to Erika the staff at E-Line. Erika has worked Magic with my daughters pitching. She has gone from throwing to the backstop to consistently pounding the strike zone with not just one pitch but two! The facility is state of the art and has everything needed to have a successful training session. E-Line has coaches to help players work on pitching, catching, fielding and hitting. Erika honestly has assembled the "Dream Team" of coaches. The Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and takes time to talk to every player who comes through the front door regardless wether or not they are the one coaching them. Never once have I witnessed an upset player or parent. My only regret is that I did not get my daughter to Erika and E-Line sooner. If your daughter is serious about playing softball E-Line is a must.

The Coaches here are top notch! I coach a travel ball organization and I still have my daughter go here once a week! The level of commitment from the coaches at E-Line is unmatched! My daughter has made such improvements! Not only are they great coaches but they teach so many other things Erika, Alli and Tina connect so well with young athletes and are amazing roll models!

We went as a team from Arcadia Fl. These girls were super helpful with all of our questions and coach stayed behind and watched them train and drill and they were very helpful and engaged with our girls. We already set up our next clinic with them.

My young 10u softball team did the Christmas break camp and all the girls loved every bit of it. The coaches at the facility are amazing. I definitely recommend eline for young players. Thanks for wonderful time.

It's been amazing to watch eLine grow over the last few years. The coaches are fantastic! They know how to teach mechanics and apply them based on the individual players skill level. Beyond the training, their positive attitudes are infectious. My daughter always walks out with her head held high and an "I can" attitude. You can't put a price on that! Thank you eLine!
